Travis Perkins in the UK is recruiting a Credit Controller to join the Credit Services team in a hybrid role, working from home and at our Northampton head office.

You will manage outstanding debt, liaise with customers, review credit limits, and support the team. Training towards CICM or an apprenticeship is available to develop your skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to train and develop in CICM or an apprenticeship.
• Experience in credit control is not required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assess requests to review credit limits up to a specified amount.
• Pre-chase debt to ensure payment when due.
• Assist the collection of overdue debt per terms.
• Send overdue letters according to monthly timetable.
• Monitor accounts and stop them if unpaid.
