• 1+ years of relevant debt collection experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong Excel and CRM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage the collection of outstanding debt and minimise risk.
• Process payments, cash allocation and credit notes; decide on holds.
• Produce reports on aged debt and payment performance.
• Communicate with clients and colleagues to coordinate debt recovery.
