Job summary

STARK Building Materials UK is seeking two Credit Controllers to join the Huddersfield office on a permanent basis. You will manage daily credit risk on a defined debtor list, chase overdue accounts, assess credit limits and handle queries with a strong focus on cash collection.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control or finance roles is required or beneficial.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day credit risk on defined debtor list.
• Collect overdue accounts and follow up on short payments.
• Assess credit limits and manage queries to protect cash flow.
• Maintain customer query records and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Provide high-level customer service to internal and external customers.
