Laddaw Ltd is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our Finance team at Bedford hybrid working. You will maximise cash collection, reconcile accounts, and resolve queries while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will work across internal and external stakeholders, produce reports, and contribute to cash flow improvements. The role offers a supportive environment with training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Credit Control or Accounts Receivable role.
• Strong account reconciliation and discrepancy resolution.
• Excellent Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customer accounts and manage collections.
• Reconcile accounts, investigate queries, and resolve disputes.
• Ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
• Produce reports and provide cash flow insights.
