Job summary

Saint-Gobain Group is seeking a Credit Controller for the East Leake area with hybrid working. Based at our Finance Shared Service Centre, you will manage customer accounts, allocate cash, chase debts, and support month-end reporting.

You’ll operate across multiple brands and help maintain excellent service levels. You’ll join a collaborative team focused on strong cash collection and effective account management, with flexibility to support different needs and a proactive approach to process

Qualifications

• Experience in Credit Control or Credit Administration.
• Confident handling customer accounts, ledgers, and cash allocation.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships across teams.
• Experience with month-end processes, reconciliations, and disputes.
• SAP experience would be advantageous and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and ledgers across brands.
• Allocate daily cash receipts and perform statement reconciliations.
• Chase outstanding debt and resolve customer queries and disputes.
• Produce month-end reporting and support reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Service to improve processes.
