Job summary

Saint-Gobain Group is seeking a Credit Controller for the East Leake area with hybrid working. Based at our Finance Shared Service Centre, you will manage customer accounts, allocate cash, chase debts, and support month-end reporting.

You’ll operate across multiple brands and help maintain excellent service levels. You’ll join a collaborative team focused on strong cash collection and effective account management, with flexibility to support different needs and a proactive approach to process

Qualifications

• Experience in Credit Control or Credit Administration.
• Confident handling customer accounts, ledgers, and cash allocation.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships across teams.
• Experience with month-end processes, reconciliations, and disputes.
• SAP experience would be advantageous and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

Credit Controller – East Leake (Hybrid Working)

At Saint-Gobain we are looking for a Credit Controller to join our Finance Shared Service Centre team based in East Leake, helping to deliver excellent customer service, strong cash collection performance, and effective account management across multiple brands.

This Credit Controller role will form part of a supportive and collaborative finance team, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring the smooth running of the credit control process. This role is being offered as hybrid working.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience within Credit Control, or a Credit Administration role.
• Confident managing customer accounts, ledgers, cash allocation, and query resolution.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across customers and internal teams.
• Experience of month-end processes, reconciliations, and dispute management.
• SAP experience would be advantageous, alongside a proactive attitude and willingness to support process improvements.
