Job summary

RS Group in Corby (Hybrid) is seeking a proactive Accounts Receivable Credit Controller to support AR activities and hit Cash Collection, Aged Debt, and DSO targets. You will work cross‑region with the EMEA team to resolve queries, reduce debt, and uphold credit management standards.

Ideal candidates have AR/Finance experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and excellent English communication. SAP knowledge is a plus, and the role offers hybrid working arrangements with RS Group’s global operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance or Accounting.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Cash, Debt and DSO targets with AR team.
• Assess customer creditworthiness and communicate decisions.
• Monitor credit exposure, analyse payment behavior, maintain credit limits.
• Process credit blocks and ensure timely payments by customers.
• Initiate credit holds and negotiate payment plans with sales and executives.
• Maintain up-to-date internal and external credit data.
• Report payment issues to management.
• Identify irrecoverable debts and assist with documentation.
• Monitor email inbox and action relevant emails promptly.
