Ingram Micro UK is seeking a proactive Credit Controller to join our Finance team in Milton Keynes. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, drive timely collections and collaborate with Sales, Finance and Credit Risk to mitigate risk.

The role is hybrid, with a non-negotiable 3-day pattern, and candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Milton Keynes. This is a great opportunity to grow within a global business while delivering solid cash collection performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Credit Control role is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial information.
• Proficient in Excel, Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Proactive approach with ability to prioritise and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Managing the timely collection of customer debt across a portfolio of key accounts.
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and drive payment performance.
• Reviewing held orders and making informed decisions to support order release and minimise risk.
• Investigating and resolving escalated customer queries and complaints.
• Working closely with Sales, Finance, Credit Risk and our third-party collections provider to manage complex accounts.
• Producing debtor reporting, cash forecasts and other working capital reports as required.
• Supporting continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and ways of working.
