Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Credit Controller for a 6-month contract in Wolverhampton. The role will operate on a hybrid pattern with 3 days on site and is inside IR35, paying £18.00 per hour.

The successful candidate will monitor aged debt, manage collections, perform credit risk assessments, and support accounts receivable processing, reconciliations and reporting. We value strong Excel skills, risk awareness, and collaborative stakeholder engagement.

Formación

• Previous experience in credit control, collections, or accounts receivable.
• Strong understanding of credit management principles.
• Experience managing customer accounts and debt recovery activities.

Responsabilidades

• Credit Control and Collections: monitor aged debtor balances and overdue accounts.
• Proactively partner with Project Managers and other stakeholders to secure payment of invoices.
• Issue payment reminders, collection letters, and statements; chase overdue accounts.
• Assess new customer credit applications and conduct credit checks.
• Monitor customer creditworthiness and adjust limits as needed.
• Accounts Receivable Processing: maintain customer records and reconcile accounts.
• Customer Service: respond to inquiries regarding invoices and balances.
• Reporting and Compliance: assist month-end AR reconciliation and ensure policy adherence.
