• Strong telephone-based collections experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and collect outstanding debt via telephone and email.
• Build strong relationships with customers to resolve payment issues.
• Reduce aged debt and improve cash flow performance.
• Investigate and resolve account queries and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer records and collection notes.
• Liaise with internal departments to support the resolution of outstanding issues.
• Monitor customer payment trends and escalate as needed.
• Support month-end reporting and wider credit control activities.
