Credit Controller Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Credit Control Manager, you will act as a vital link between Sales and Finance, supporting a range of operational functions including:

• Managing customer relationships and account queries

• Maintaining accurate records of payments and credit status

• Analysing payment patterns and producing insightful reports

• Processing credit applications and making decisions

• Supporting a diverse, collaborative team across departments

As the role grows, so will your exposure to more advanced financial responsibilities and reporting.

Credit Controller Skills:

• Curious, detail-oriented, and keen to learn

• A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical thinking

• Comfortable working with multiple currencies and customer accounts

• A natural communicator with strong Excel and general IT skills

• Ideally familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Excited to build a meaningful career in Finance

• Excellent written and spoken English (additional EU languages a plus)
