Job summary

Siemens Energy Newcastle Upon Tyne seeks a Commercial Contracts Manager/Quantity Surveyor to join our Newcastle team on a full-time, hybrid basis. You’ll work within the financial and commercial team handling cost and commercial management of high voltage substation projects across the United Kingdom.

You will support project managers, administer subcontracts, manage change and claims, and collaborate with procurement and legal teams to optimise commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in quantity surveying / contract management.
• Experience with NEC contracts; familiarity with FIDIC/ MF/1 desirable.
• Experience in budgeting, financial risk, claims.
