Job summary

Capita is recruiting a Contract Change Specialist to shape and manage change across the Selborne programme, liaising with the Royal Navy, partners and suppliers from Fareham. You’ll coordinate changes, manage documentation and produce reports to support decision-making.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours), hybrid with two days on site at HMS Collingwood, HMS Sultan or HMS Excellent, and a fixed-term contract until Sept 2027; eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC) is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent stakeholder management with clear communication at all levels.
• Experience using Microsoft tools: SharePoint, MS Project, Word, Excel.
• Project and risk analysis experience.
• Consolidated experience in providing, analyzing and presenting business information.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate contract change requests across the Selborne programme.
• Support the Contract Change Manager in delivering changes on time.
• Maintain accurate change documentation, records and logs.
• Prepare reports, forecasts and management information.
• Build relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
• Coordinate subject matter experts and technical teams to develop changes.
• Act as main point of contact for contract changes and delivery of benefits.
