Job summary

Copello is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team on a challenging 6-month contract based in Buckinghamshire with hybrid work (4 days on-site).

You will lead commercial and sub-contract management for a major development project, negotiate with key stakeholders, draft contract modifications, and ensure governance and regulatory compliance across the project lifecycle.

SC clearance is preferred; a relevant qualification such as CIPS or WCC is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial and sub-contract management for large development programmes.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of UK government contracts and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all contractual and commercial aspects across the project lifecycle.
• Draft and conclude contract modifications; manage customer and sub-contractor relationships.
• Advise on legal and commercial matters; ensure governance and compliance.
