Job summary

Capita is seeking a Contract Change Specialist to shape and manage changes across the Selborne contract, collaborating with the Royal Navy, delivery partners and suppliers. This hybrid, full-time role (37.5 hours weekly) is based in the UK with two on-site days at HMS Collingwood, HMS Sultan or HMS Excellent; it is a fixed-term contract to Sept 2027 and requires UK Security Clearance (SC).

Qualifications

• Experience with project and risk analysis.
• Ability to collect and present business information clearly.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced contracting programme.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate contract change requests across the Selborne programme.
• Support the Contract Change Manager in delivering changes effectively and on time.
• Maintain accurate change documentation, records and tracking logs.
• Prepare reports, forecasts and management information to support decision-making.
• Build relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders.
• Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
• Coordinate subject matter experts and technical teams to develop change solutions.
• Act as the main contact for contract changes, ensuring outcomes and benefits are delivered.
