• Confident managing matters with appropriate supervision.
• Strong technical ability and excellent client care skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of contentious probate matters.
• Handle will and inheritance disputes with support from the team.
• Oversee inheritance act claims, trust and estate disputes.
• Address capacity and validity challenges as needed.
• Manage executor and trustee disputes with professional oversight.
