Job summary

G2 Legal is seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor with 3+ PQE to join a nationally recognised boutique disputes practice specialising exclusively in contentious trusts and estates. You will manage a varied caseload including will and inheritance disputes, Inheritance Act claims, and executor or trustee disputes, with autonomy to run matters within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate.
• Solid experience handling will and inheritance disputes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex disputes including wills, inheritance issues and executor/trustee disputes.
• Handle claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
• Operate with autonomy within a collaborative, supportive team.

I'm keen to speak with Contentious Probate Solicitors (3+ PQE) who are looking to join a nationally recognised boutique disputes practice specialising exclusively in contentious trusts and estates.

This highly regarded firm has established an exceptional reputation for handling complex, high-value contentious probate matters. Unlike many private client teams, the practice is dedicated solely to contentious work, offering lawyers the opportunity to develop genuine specialist expertise while working alongside some of the leading names in the field.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of complex disputes, including will and inheritance disputes, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, trust and estate disputes, challenges to the validity and capacity of wills, and executor and trustee disputes. You'll enjoy the autonomy to run your own matters while benefiting from the support, mentoring and technical expertise of a collaborative and experienced team.
