Job summary

Costa Coffee in Loudwater is hiring a Contact Centre Advisor to support our corporate customers. The role blends customer service excellence with Costa Express Operations, handling inbound and outbound calls, chats and emails to keep machines running and customers satisfied.

Location is hybrid with a requirement to attend Loudwater Head Office at least 3 days a week and occasional weekend shifts. You will join a supportive team, benefit from Costa’s share plan, pension and private medical cover,

Qualifications

• Must show ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Experience in a busy contact centre handling high call volumes.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with customers.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with deadlines/KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats and emails to customers.
• Support Costa Express Operations for major customers with guidance.
• Provide timely responses to keep machines running and sales up.
• Be first point of contact for machine or stock enquiries; resolve issues.
• Take ownership of queries through to resolution; aim for first-time fix.
• Collaborate across Costa colleagues and departments.
