Job summary

Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is seeking a Contact Centre Advisor to support our Corporate Customers from our Loudwater site. The role combines customer-facing duties with a hybrid working pattern, including weekend shifts, to ensure the Costa Express machines run smoothly and customer satisfaction remains high.

You will handle inbound calls, proactive outreach, chats and emails, while building strong relationships across Costa teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy contact centre environment handling high call volumes.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills for daily customer interaction.
• Enjoys working in a team but can also use own initiative.
• Strong computer literacy to navigate systems and processes.
• Motivated by deadlines and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, make pro-active outbound calls, and respond to chats and emails.
• Ensure timely responses to keep Costa Express machines running and selling more cups.
• Be the first point of contact for machine or stock enquiries.
• Take ownership of customer queries through to resolution, aiming for first-time resolution.
• Build strong relationships to foster collaboration across Costa teams.
