CMR is seeking a Risk Manager to join the Project Controls team to identify, assess and manage risks across major construction projects, working with Project Management and Commercial teams to mitigate exposure and communicate risks to stakeholders. This role combines home-based work with three days per week in the Birmingham office.

The successful candidate will have experience in risk methodologies, workshops and maintaining risk registers, with a proactive approach to improving project

Formación

• Experience in project controls or risk management environments.
• Experience on major construction or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of risk management methodologies and mitigation processes.
• Experience maintaining project risk registers.
• Ability to facilitate risk workshops with project stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, assess and manage project risks with teams.
• Maintain risk registers with causes, events and mitigations.
• Produce monthly risk reports with analysis.
• Support cost and schedule risk analysis.
• Escalate trends and emerging risks to senior staff.
