Cooper Moss Rutland LLP is seeking a proactive Risk Manager to join our Project Controls team. You will identify, assess and manage risks across major construction projects, working with Project Controls, Project Management and Commercial teams to mitigate impacts and communicate risk effectively to stakeholders.

The role supports risk workshops, maintains risk registers and contributes to monthly project reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls or risk management within construction/infrastructure environments.
• Ability to develop and maintain project risk registers and mitigation plans.
• Strong communication skills to convey risks to stakeholders clearly.

Responsabilités

• Identify, assess and manage project risks across major construction initiatives.
• Facilitate risk workshops with project teams and stakeholders to capture risks and opportunities.
• Maintain and analyse project risk registers with causes, impacts and mitigations.
• Assess likelihood and impact of risks and support proportionate response actions.
• Produce monthly risk reporting with insights for senior management.
• Support continuous improvement of risk management processes and tools.
