Job summary

CMR is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to join its Project Controls team in London. The role includes developing and implementing risk management and reporting capabilities for our clients, with hybrid working (home and London office 3 days a week).

Immediate start and a salary up to £85,000 are offered. You will collaborate with management to deliver risk strategies, facilitate workshops, maintain risk registers, and produce monthly analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project management or project controls environment.
• Experience on major construction projects.
• Knowledge of risk methodologies, mitigation processes & techniques.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to a wider audience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Management and Commercial Teams to deliver effective risk management.
• Facilitate risk workshops to capture exposures across the project.
• Manage and maintain risk registers with causes, events and impacts; assess likelihood and impact; develop responses.
• Support monthly reporting with intelligent information and analysis.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to foster a mature risk culture.
