Job summary

You will manage design for highways, drainage, SuDS, and infrastructure, while leading a technical team and coordinating with clients and authorities.

Qualifications

• Lead civil engineering projects from feasibility to completion.
• Oversee highways, drainage, SuDS, flood risk assessments, external works and infrastructure design.
• Provide technical leadership, reviewing calculations, drawings, specs and reports.
• Manage programmes, budgets, fees, resources and QA.
• Liaise with clients, authorities, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams.
• Prepare and review technical submissions for planning permission and approvals.
• Support business development, tenders, and client relationships.
• Mentor Civil Engineers and Technicians.
• Ensure use of compliant civil design software and high technical standards.
