Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking an Estimator for our UK Construction division. This hybrid role is based from one of our UK offices in Solihull, St Albans or Warrington, and involves managing tendering, cost analysis and value engineering to deliver accurate project estimates.

You will work with the Pre-Construction and Commercial teams, review designs for cost savings and prepare compliant tender submissions. A degree in a relevant discipline and CSCS card are expected, with around five years of

Qualifications

• Knowledge of estimating practices and use of Conquest or similar software.
• Understanding of different procurement routes.
• Good knowledge of NEC contracts.
• Ideally 5 years site-based experience.
• Up-to-date knowledge of construction processes, materials and cost.

Responsibilities

• Log tender documents, addendums and client correspondence for the team.
• Prepare subcontractor enquiry schedules with input from tender/procurement.
• Issue subcontract enquiries with scope and attendance schedules.
• Analyse tender packages and prepare cost analyses for adjudication.
• Prepare client pricing documents and tender sums for submission.
