Qualifications

• Previous employment as an Assistant Estimator, Estimator, Senior Estimator or similar.
• Experience in building sector projects such as Commercial, Leisure, Mixed Use, Residential.
• Previous Main Contractor employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure costs are in accordance with project scope and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with the preconstruction team to convert tender projects.
• Create accurate cost plans through design gateways.
• Guide design team on affordability.

Skills

Knowledge of Building Sector

Good communication skills

Education

Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC)
