Job summary

Sisk Group, a leading UK construction company, is seeking an Estimator to join its UK business on a hybrid basis from one of our offices in Solihull, St Albans or Warrington. You will prepare accurate project costs, review designs, and support tender submissions.

The role requires degree in a relevant discipline, CSCS, and strong knowledge of estimating practices and NEC contracts; ideally 5 years site-based experience.

Qualifications

• Essential degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Knowledge of estimating practices and NEC contracts.
• Experience with procurement routes and site-based delivery.
• CSCS card and ongoing professional development desirable.

Responsibilities

• Log tender documents, addenda and client correspondence and share with the team.
• Prepare subcontractor enquiry schedules with tender input and procurement.
• Issue subcontract enquiries with scope and attendance schedules as required.
• Benchmark costs against market conditions and manage material records.
• Assist with site facilities installation and oversee snagging before handover.
• Support safe working practices and review subcontractor safety plans.
