Job summary

Cactus Search in Glasgow is seeking a Compliance & Facilities Co-ordinator to drive ISO 9001 compliance, internal audits, and day-to-day site operations. You’ll ensure processes, maintenance, and fixes meet high standards while fostering a safety- and environment-conscious workplace.

You’ll have 3+ years in compliance or facilities management, hands-on ISO audits experience, and a keen eye for detail. NEBOSH or IOSH is preferred. This hybrid, permanent role offers a stable pathway.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in compliance, auditing, or facilities management.
• Hands-on ISO 9001 audits and implementation experience.
• NEBOSH or IOSH qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISO 9001 compliance and support wider ISO frameworks (27001, 22301, 14001, 45001).
• Plan and deliver internal audits, ensuring processes meet policy and regulatory requirements.
• Manage site standards — overseeing maintenance, repairs, and reactive fixes that keep operations running seamlessly.
• Drive Health & Safety and environmental best practice across the workplace.
• Review, refine, and improve compliance processes to keep us ahead of the curve.
