Job summary

VONNE (Voluntary Organisations' Network North East) is seeking a Community Link Worker in Gateshead. The role involves engaging with residents, connecting them to services, and supporting community development across GP practices in the Gateshead Primary Care Network, with hybrid working.

We are looking for candidates with a background in community services or health, experience with vulnerable groups, and an enhanced DBS clearance. 37 hours/week, fixed-term to 31/03/2027 with possible extension.

Qualifications

• Background in Community, Information, Advice, Social Care or Health.
• Experience supporting vulnerable people with complex needs.
• Enhanced DBS required for the post.
