Job summary

Citizens Advice Mid Mercia is seeking a full-time Community Advisor for the GAIN Project in Birmingham. The role is a fixed-term contract until 30 November 2029, with hybrid working and a salary of £24,784.50–£26,309, plus travel expenses.

You will support disadvantaged adults, assess needs, develop tailored plans, and connect people to local services to improve wellbeing and independence across the city.
