LC Legal, partnering with a leading international law firm, seeks an experienced Commercial Technology Solicitor to join its Leeds team with hybrid working. You will advise on complex commercial and technology matters and gain meaningful client exposure.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years' PQE in commercial or technology practice.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, technology and contract law.
• Excellent drafting skills with a highly commercial approach.
• Ability to manage client relationships and take ownership of matters.
• Supervisory and mentoring capabilities for junior lawyers.
• Proactive, business-driven attitude towards client service and BD.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex outsourcing projects and strategic commercial/technology matters.
• Lead digital transformation programmes and technology implementations.
• Handle data-driven commercial arrangements and innovative contracts.
• Provide strategic advisory work on high-profile transactions.
• Possibility of in-house secondments with clients.
