Job summary

Mind Partners UK is partnering with a French skincare brand to recruit a Commercial Operations Coordinator. The role spans forecasting, inventory management, analytics, and logistics to align sales with business objectives.

You will support the commercial team with data-driven insights, develop periodic performance reports, and ensure coordination between sales, logistics, and retail partners. A hybrid role with in-office presence is required.

Qualifications

• Data-driven mindset with strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent numerical and Excel skills with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with multiple teams.
• Able to juggle many tasks in a small team with varied scope.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to work independently.
• At least 3 years in a commercial support role with CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate forecast with sales and marketing; provide analyses and assumptions.
• Own forecast data in the tool; ensure accuracy and frequent updates.
• Collaborate with central team to place orders.
• Monitor KPIs and drive actions for logistics and commercial activities.
• Plan inbound and outbound flows to the local warehouse, especially to Ireland.
• Manage stock levels; communicate risks like out-of-stocks and overstock.
• Conduct sell-out analysis; maintain internal tools and reports.
• Prepare summaries and trend analysis on sales per range/retailer for strategic meetings.
• Review external sell-out data and provide market insights to support growth.
• Provide administrative support with retailers, including product setup information.
