Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Sales team.

• Process sales opportunities and customer inquiries to enhance experience.
• Produce and maintain sales, revenue, pipeline, forecasting and KPI reports.
• Maintain department documentation and training materials.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
