Job summary

BRUSH Group is seeking a Commercial Manager to own the commercial requirements across our South Region. You will shape and drive the commercial strategy and financial reporting to meet business and project targets, and ensure contract requirements are fulfilled.

The role is hybrid, based across Hook (Hampshire) and Iver (Buckinghamshire), with homeworking. Travel to live project sites is expected, and you will lead the commercial and contract management team.

Qualifications

• BEng in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Proven track record in commercial management within construction.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Well-developed analytical, oral and presentation/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial input for tender negotiations.
• Handle contract management and administration.
• Oversee supply chain management and administration.
• Manage cost capture and trading analysis (monthly/quarterly/yearly).
• Responsible for cash management.
• Liaise with Customer’s commercial, operations and project teams.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Implement commercial procedures and reporting.
• Maintain commercial records.
• Lead and develop commercial personnel.
• Provide commercial advice to Directors.
