Job summary

BRUSH Group is seeking a Commercial Engineer to lead tender generation and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver compliant bids for energy solutions. You will manage technical and commercial risk, produce inputs for cost roll-ups, and shape pricing strategy to win opportunities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Engineering to capture requirements and translate them into winning proposals, while maintaining governance and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, management or operations within the energy management landscape.
• Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering.
• Higher National Certificate or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead tender generation and manage all tender activities with timely, compliant submissions.
• Identify and capture technical and commercial risks per commercial policies.
• Coordinate inputs with internal teams for cost roll-ups, terms & conditions, and pricing.
• Develop opportunity pricing strategy aligned with customer value and business goals.
• Ensure governance, approvals and risk mitigation are documented and followed.
• Support customer negotiations to secure project orders.
