Job summary

Profitero+ is seeking a Commercial Analytics Manager to scope, deliver and optimize bespoke analytics solutions for a portfolio of client engagements. You will partner with clients and internal teams to define questions, shape analytics approaches, and support dashboards and reporting delivery across multiple projects.

The role blends consulting experience with data analytics and strong stakeholder management for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven project or programme management experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent organisational skills with timelines, dependencies and deliverables.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Able to translate business requirements into technical language for delivery teams.
• Experience working with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset balancing client value and delivery feasibility.
• Experience with agile project delivery tools (Jira, Asana or similar).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Clients and Stakeholders across scoping, sales and delivery.
• Draft and review Statements of Work (SOWs) and commercial proposals.
• Define project scope, deliverables, assumptions, and timelines.
• Estimate technical effort with Analytics lead for pricing and feasibility.
• Own project plans and timelines, tracking milestones and risks.
• Ensure smooth transition from design to delivery and maintain quality across engagements.
