Job summary

Profitero+ is looking to hire a Commercial Analytics Manager to lead custom analytics for client portfolios. In this client-facing role you’ll scope, deliver and maintain analytics solutions, working with clients and internal stakeholders to translate needs into action and ensuring ongoing success.

The ideal candidate has project management experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and can bridge commercial and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven project or programme management experience coordinating multiple projects from kickoff to delivery.
• Excellent organisational skills with timelines and deliverables across a portfolio.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience translating business requirements for technical teams and client success.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Clients and Stakeholders: coordinate input during scoping and articulate value.
• Scope Opportunities and Manage Risk: draft SOWs and define deliverables and timelines.
• Coordinate Solution Delivery: own project plans, timelines and status updates.
