• Experience with agile delivery tools (Jira, Asana) and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate input from clients and stakeholders during scoping to ensure requirements are captured accurately and completely.
• Represent analytics capabilities in sales, renewal and expansion conversations.
• Lead discovery and scoping discussions for custom analytics opportunities.
• Support proposals, RFPs and client presentations by clearly articulating the value of Profitero+ capabilities.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to support successful outcomes.
• Surface recurring client requests, common themes and emerging trends from sales and delivery conversations, acting as a trusted advisor to the Analytics lead on solution design and innovation priorities.
• Proactively manage client and internal expectations, communicating trade-offs clearly and pushing back diplomatically on scope creep or unrealistic asks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Account Managers on delivery challenges and maintenance-related issues for live engagements.
• Act as the day-to-day bridge between Account Management and Analytics, translating business requirements into technical requirements and progress updates back into business language.
