Profitero+ is hiring a Commercial Analytics Manager to lead custom analytics solutions for a portfolio of clients. You will scope, deliver and ensure ongoing success, working with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business questions into effective dashboards and reports.

The role focuses on coordinating multi-stakeholder projects, improving delivery of analytics services, and driving value through insightful metrics and strategic guidance.

Qualifications

• Proven project or programme management experience coordinating multiple projects.
• Excellent organisational skills with timelines and deliverables across a portfolio.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Clients and Stakeholders to scope analytics opportunities.
• Lead discovery and scoping discussions for custom analytics opportunities.
• Support proposals, RFPs and client presentations by articulating value.
• Own the project plan and timeline for engagements, tracking milestones.
• Check in with analysts on task status and flag slippage early.
• Ensure smooth transition from design to delivery and maintain quality.
