Job summary

Barracuda Networks Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect to provide presales support across Barracuda’s security offerings. You will run workshops, validate requirements, deliver demos, and manage POV/POC processes, collaborating with sales to advance opportunities.

The role requires strong cybersecurity knowledge, English fluency, and the ability to travel up to 50%. A degree in CS or equivalent is required, with 2+ years in a pre-sales capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in Sales Engineering or a similar pre-sales role.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge and understanding of networks and applications.
• Proven ability to support the sales cycle and close opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Gathers client requirements and shapes high-level solutions based on Barracuda products.
• Conducts workshops, briefings, POCs, and architectural design sessions.
• Delivers product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Supports sales with RFI/RFP responses and technical guidance.
• Collaborates with channel partners and internal teams to close opportunities.
• Performs security assessments and advises on remediation.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
