Just Group is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer in London (hybrid 50%), permanent full-time. You will ensure reliability, performance and security of cloud and infrastructure services across private data centre and hybrid environments, collaborating with product owners and technology teams.

Responsibilities include monitoring, incident resolution, automation, and contributing to 24/7 on-call support, with opportunities to improve processes and documentation.

Qualificações

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure in complex enterprise settings.
• Hands-on management of modern device management (Intune, JAMF, BYOD).
• Knowledge of MDM, Windows/macOS endpoints, and deployment/patching processes.
• Familiarity with AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, PKI and core infrastructure services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 3 technical support for cloud and infrastructure services.
• Maintain and optimise IT infrastructure across private data centre and hybrid cloud.
• Collaborate with architects and tech teams to deliver solutions.
• Monitor platform health and proactively maintain availability and performance.
• Improve operational processes, automation and efficiency.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
