Job summary

bet365 Group in Manchester is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to support and develop global platforms across on-premise and cloud environments. The role covers installing, managing, and monitoring Citrix infrastructure, mail services, and identity access using Okta/Entra ID.

You will optimize the M365 environment and drive automation through scripting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AD/GP, IVANTI UWM, Splunk, PowerShell, and monitoring tools, while contributing to

Qualifications

• Preferred experience with Citrix XenServer, Virtual Apps and Desktops.
• Proven experience with Identity and Access technologies (Okta/Entra ID).
• Knowledge of Cloud technologies (M365, AVD, GCP).
• Experience with Exchange SE/Online and Cisco ESA is desirable.
• Commercial experience with Active Directory/Group Policy is required.

Responsibilities

• Installing, managing, and monitoring highly available Citrix infrastructure.
• Managing and monitoring mail services, Exchange, and ESA.
• Managing and monitoring identity and access using Okta and Entra ID.
• Optimising the M365 environment for the business.
• Troubleshooting complex issues and driving them to resolution.
• Writing scripts to automate processes and accelerate common tasks.
• Maintaining up-to-date documentation and sharing knowledge with the team.
