Job summary

bet365 is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to support and develop our global platforms across on‑premise and cloud environments. You will contribute to platform stability, high service availability and incident resolution while advancing tooling, automation and processes.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience using Citrix XenServer, Virtual Apps and Desktops.
• Proven experience with Identity and Access technologies, such as Okta and Entra
• Knowledge of Cloud technologies such as M365, AVD and GCP.
• Experience using Exchange Online and Cisco ESA is desirable.
• Commercial experience with Active Directory/Group Policy is required.
• Understanding of Ivanti
• Monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk
• Experience in using PowerShell scripting is preferred
• Building access and monitoring technologies, such as Net2/Citrix.

Responsibilities

• Install, manage, and monitor highly available Citrix infrastructure.
• Manage and monitor mail services, Exchange Online.
• Administer identity and access using Okta and Entra.
• Optimise the M365 environment for the business.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and drive to resolution.
• Write scripts to automate processes and accelerate tasks.
• Manage Group Policy and personalisation.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and share knowledge with the team.
