Job summary

bet365 Group is seeking a seasoned Cloud Engineer to support and optimise on-premises and cloud platforms. You will manage Citrix infrastructure, mail services, and identity access using Okta and Entra ID, while driving automation and knowledge sharing across the IT Engineering function.

Key focus areas include M365 optimisation, incident resolution, and building robust documentation. The role is based in Stoke-on-Trent; applicants should be prepared for a full-time on-site work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and supporting on-premises and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Exchange Online and Cisco ESA.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory/Group Policy.
• Familiarity with Citrix XenServer and Virtual Apps & Desktops.
• Experience with Identity and Access technologies (Okta, Entra ID).
• Monitoring via Splunk and scripting with PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Install, manage, and monitor Citrix infrastructure for high availability.
• Manage mail services including Exchange and ESA.
• Manage identity access using Okta and Entra ID.
• Optimize M365 environment for business needs.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution.
• Write scripts to automate common tasks.
• Maintain documentation and share knowledge with the team.
