Razorblue Group is seeking a Head of Cloud and Infrastructure to lead an expert team in delivering robust, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on technical direction across Azure, on-premises, and hybrid cloud environments.

You will drive improvements in monitoring, backups, patching, incident response, and service delivery while building cross-functional relationships and mentoring staff to grow their skills.

Qualifications

• Deep Microsoft ecosystem knowledge including Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and AD/Group Policy with PowerShell automation.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure virtualization, storage, and backup systems (Veeam).
• Advanced networking, firewalls, Citrix, and unified communications (Teams/Mitel/Gamma).
• Proven track record implementing hybrid cloud, endpoint security, and enterprise architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop infrastructure team through mentoring, coaching, 1:1s and strategic planning.
• Provide technical leadership for complex infrastructure challenges and architecture decisions.
• Deliver strategic infrastructure initiatives, manage project resources and timelines.
• Drive knowledge sharing and documentation across departments.
