Job summary

Razorblue Group is seeking a Head of Cloud and Infrastructure to lead and develop our infrastructure team while driving strategic platform decisions and service excellence. You will oversee complex infrastructure challenges, hybrid cloud implementations, endpoint security, and cross-functional collaborations to deliver high-impact projects.

Qualifications

• Deep Microsoft ecosystem knowledge including Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Active Directory/Group Policy, with strong PowerShell automation capabilities
• Comprehensive experience with enterprise infrastructure including virtualization (vSphere, Hyper-V), storage solutions, and backup systems (particularly Veeam)
• Advanced networking expertise spanning multiple firewall platforms, Citrix environments, and unified communications (Teams, Mitel, Gamma)
• Proven experience implementing and managing hybrid cloud solutions, secure endpoint management, and enterprise infrastructure architectures
• Strong background in technical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and documentation across complex environments
• Current knowledge of security practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends
• Exceptional team leadership combined with strong project planning and resource management capabilities
• Demonstrated expertise in ITIL frameworks, service delivery, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Outstanding communication skills (English fluency required) with ability to engage technical and business audiences effectively

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop infrastructure team through mentoring, coaching, 1:1s and strategic planning
• Manage resources, capacity and scheduling across BAU/project work, including recruitment and onboarding
• Drive team excellence through training programs, career development paths and continuous improvement
• Provide technical leadership for complex infrastructure challenges, including platform maintenance, optimization and architecture decisions
• Lead monitoring, backup and patch management improvements while ensuring robust incident response
• Partner with Service Desk Management to optimise service delivery and response times
• Deliver strategic infrastructure initiatives, including process improvements and new technology implementation
• Manage project resources and timelines while building cross-business relationships
• Drive technical knowledge sharing and documentation across departments
• This role combines strategic leadership, technical expertise, and project delivery to drive infrastructure excellence while developing high-performing teams
