Job summary

Eurobioimaging is seeking an IT Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to join the Service Management division. This full-time role is based on the Streatham campus in Exeter with a hybrid pattern of 2–3 days on site and some remote work.

The starting salary is £33,951 on Grade E, dependent on knowledge, skills and experience. The successful candidate will monitor core infrastructure, resolve issues proactively, raise tickets, and collaborate with multiple IT teams to deliver projects in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Experience administering cloud and infrastructure platforms (Azure, AWS, Windows Server, Linux).
• Working knowledge of ITIL framework and enterprise data centres is beneficial.
• Proactive, pragmatic problem-solving with focus on customer service excellence.
• Hybrid work arrangement requiring 2–3 days onsite in Exeter.

Responsibilities

• Monitor core infrastructure services and proactively resolve issues.
• Progress support tickets and act as first point of contact for Cloud & Infrastructure team.
• Collaborate with 1st, 2nd and 3rd line teams to ensure incidents are resolved promptly.
• Assist with delivering projects alongside senior Cloud & Infrastructure engineers.
