Job summary

People’s Partnership in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure specialist on a 6-month contract inside IR35, hybrid working with 2 days per week in Crawley. You will manage and support physical, virtual, and cloud-based infrastructure delivering 3rd line support across network, storage, and business systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive 3rd line infrastructure support in ITIL environments.
• Azure, AD, Office 365, Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, SQL Server expertise.
• Ability to automate using PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code.
• Disaster recovery and business continuity planning experience.
• IT project delivery, mentoring and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line technical support and maintain availability of network, server, storage, cloud and business systems.
• Design, monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN, security and wireless environments.
• Automate deployments and IaC activities to improve efficiency.
• Ensure SLAs, KPIs and security standards are met; support DR/BC planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams; provide technical leadership and out-of-hours support.
