Job summary

Capgemini is seeking cloud engineers to design, build and maintain secure AWS cloud platforms for UK clients. You will work in a hybrid setup across offices, client sites and home, focusing on automation, standardisation and reusable blueprints.

You’ll contribute to cloud platform patterns, use IaC and CI/CD practices, and collaborate with pods and delivery teams to deliver scalable solutions. Capgemini emphasises inclusion, wellbeing and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience designing, building and maintaining AWS cloud platforms.
• Experience delivering Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and other IaC tools.
• Experience with GitHub and collaborative engineering practices in CI/CD environments.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and improve cloud platforms using a code-first approach.
• Collaborate across pods and delivery teams to support project delivery and platform improvements.
• Apply modern cloud engineering practices including IaC, version control, CI/CD, observability, security and resilience.
• Contribute to reusable platform patterns and engineering standards.
