Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to join its Managed Services team in the UK. You will own end-to-end delivery of cloud managed services, act as design authority, and guide security, resilience, and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven Cloud Architect in a Managed Services environment.
• Experience as Service Line Design Authority in large MSPs; bids, transitions, live services, and client management.
• Strong understanding of Azure cloud services and enterprise hosting/integration.
• Broad infra knowledge: SQL, IAM, SSO, Windows, end-user tech, SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of deployment/packaging tech incl. Intune and modern endpoints.
• DevOps expertise incl. Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, GitHub, IaC, cloud-native Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of cloud managed services and SLA achievement.
• Provide technical leadership and governance for cloud services.
• Define and govern blueprints, reference architectures, roadmaps, and lifecycle standards.
• Improve platform reliability via SRE, automation, and observability.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients across live services, transitions and projects.
• Contribute to bids, proposals, and service shaping.
• Mentor engineers and stakeholders; influence without line management.
