Job summary

Interface Clinical Services, an IQVIA business, is seeking a clinical pharmacist to support primary care with clinical tools and services. You will work in a hybrid UK role emphasising long-term condition management and collaboration with NHS organisations.

You will identify opportunities for clinical reviews and help raise awareness of Interface Clinical Services while maintaining adherence to protocols and systems. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Must be a GPhC registered pharmacist with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
• Primary care experience desirable.
• PCPEP qualification desirable.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willing to travel, plus remote working.
• Passion to improve patients’ long-term health.
• Driven work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Support Practices with clinical tools and resources to manage patients with long-term conditions.
• Ensure clinical services are delivered within protocols, operating instructions and systems.
• Identify opportunities for clinical reviews at practice, PCN or ICB level where there is clinical need.
• Enhance awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care and NHS organisations.
